Tips to Calm Anxious little minds during this time of COVID Chaos

You may have noticed that I have been MIA for a little while. I promise I haven't been slacking off, just the opposite, I have been working on something BIG and very exciting!! I have been doing lots of research, study and client work to develop a program that supports parents, and builds self-awareness, courage and resilience in kids, creating positive habits that last a lifetime. It's a big job, but I am SUPER excited about it, and I'm just in the process of getting it 'spot on' before launching.
The world can be a scary place, now more than ever, with the Coronavirus being mentioned everywhere we, and our little people turn.
I was inspired by Jacinda Ardern’s COVID-19 update this week which was impressively calm, factual and comforting.
So I took a HUGE leap outside my comfort zone and posted a short 3 minute video on IG and Facebook (it's on both platforms as I'm never too sure which site you super caring parents prefer). Click on one of the links above if you would like to check out the video 'Tips to help calm anxious little minds 💞 in this time of Coronavirus chaos'. I hope you find it helpful.
I would love to hear from you, feel free to send me an email, or leave a comment on IG or FB, and let me know how your little person is going. Let me know what is causing the most challenges for you both at the moment, and I will reply to you with as much helpful advice as I can.
I want to continue to be of service to you all, help fill the gaps and provide useful information and tips, so please don't hesitate to reach out to me.
Take care, stay Awesome!
