When you are anxious, it can show itself in so many different ways.
You might feel super angry or really quiet, or things might just not ‘feel right’, or labels and clothes just feel extra uncomfortable.
I have put together a few notes on things that have made things a little better for my daughter and some links to resources that have been super helpful.
You may know these tips already, you may do these things and say these things to help yourself already… but it always makes me happy to receive helpful tips, and having them all together in the one easy to find place, to use, print if you want, and come back to anytime, is an extra bonus.
